The need to organize a business unit that will deal with appliance servicing arose from the beginning of the sale of white goods and consumer electronics. The warranty that is given to the devices, among other things, creates a competitive advantage on the market, and in addition, it provides the customer with security, especially when a company like Omega stands behind it. It is precisely for the above reasons that the organization of the device service was started.
Omega service has existed since 2002, and it is organized in such a way that there is a central service in Tuzla within Omega's business units, and in other areas we have contracted relationships with service providers who repair devices used in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina under our control and on our behalf. All together, it forms a well-organized service network, consisting of 33 service units and over 70 service technicians. All services are well equipped with modern repair tools and original spare parts, and 95% service interventions are completed in the field.
Device service is also provided for devices that are under warranty, in which case it is free, as well as for devices outside the warranty period, which is paid for.
