
This refreshing delicacy will delight you with its taste. It is made from yogurt instead of standard cream and is a healthier alternative to classic ice cream.
Ingredients:
- 50 ml of milk
- 3 teaspoons of chia seeds
- 3 Zelena Dolina fruit yogurts with pineapple and coconut flavor
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 2 tablespoons of coconut flour
- pieces of fresh pineapple
- almond leaves
- 1 kiwi
Preparation:
Soak chia seeds in warm milk and let them swell for a few hours to make chia pudding.
Mix yogurt, honey and coconut flour in a bowl. Pour into the pan and spread evenly.
Spread the chia pudding, pineapple pieces, sliced kiwi and almond leaves on top.
Freeze for at least four hours and serve.
