About the retail sale of white goods and consumer electronics

Omega doo has been the exclusive importer and distributor of the Beko and Grundig brands for Bosnia and Herzegovina for over 20 years. Omega currently employs over 320 workers in 39 retail establishments - Omega shops, in over 20 locations throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina.

History of retail development

Appliance retail facilities, i.e. Omega shops, were created and developed from the first beginnings of selling goods from the range of white goods and consumer electronics. The first Omega shop retail store was opened in Tuzla, in the Tuzlanka department store, and after that it started to open all over BiH, so today we have 39 sales points all over BiH.

As the company expanded further, a retail network was developed in other cities, first in the Tuzla Canton, then in the Sarajevo region, and then throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina. Currently, the sales network includes 36 retail branches, including the web shop

The assortment of goods in the retail store is specially designed and selected to meet the needs of each customer. The brands that occupy the number 1 position in terms of the share of the assortment are Beko and Grundig, apart from them, there are also brands on sale Samsung, Tefal, Rowenta, Electrolux, Philips and others.

In the future of Omega shops we strive to create unified retail stores with a recognizable look. Retail units are supplied from wholesale warehouses, and from these warehouses delivery is also made to the address of end customers.
Over 130 employees are employed in retail stores, who are the most important resource of our society, and we constantly invest in their development, training and education.

  • Copy of CIPS
  • Administrative ban and/or confirmation signed and certified by the employer's accounting office, which confirms the customer's creditworthiness, i.e. proof of his employment in the company.

Customers in all Omega shops I can make purchases on credit with MICROFIN - Shopping master.

  • Loan amount: from 200 to 2,000 KM
  • Repayment term: 18 months, with a minimum annuity of 25 KM
  • Interest: No interest
  • Commission: 10% (the client can pay the commission immediately or in equal monthly installments)
  • Security: no guarantors (the exception is the inclusion of a co-debtor who strengthens the client's creditworthiness)

  • Required documentation from the client:
    • ID card
    • Proof of income: Payroll, pension check, turnover on the client's current account for the last month, etc. In the case of informal income, signed "Statement on the amount and method of obtaining income that the client achieves, but is unable to document." – form Statements the client receives in Mikrofin.
    • Proof of residence: CIPS application

Hereby we would like to inform you that in every Omega shop you can make purchases using a pensioner's loan in 12 monthly installments without interest.

Required documentation for the realization of the loan:

  • Copy of LK or passport
  • Copy of CIPS
  • Last PIO check
  • Notarized guarantor's statement if dealing with a customer (pensioner) who is over 70 years old
  • Confirmation of the duration of the right to a pension, as well as a mandatory written approval from the credit service Omega doo, in the case of beneficiaries of pensions based on education, alimony, guardianship, etc.,

WARRANTY TERMS FOR BEKO AND GRUNDIG

5 years (60 months)*

for white goods: washing machines, dishwashers, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, electric and gas stoves, refrigerated cabinets, all BEKO built-in appliances.

3 years (36 months)*

for all GRUNDIG LED TVs.

2 years (24 months)*

for small household appliances: hoods, microwave ovens, built-in microwave ovens, toasters, juicers, blenders, hair dryers, irons, mixers, hair clippers and shavers, vacuum cleaners, electric stoves, radiators, water dispensers, mini bars and other small household appliances brands: BEKO and GRUNDIG.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTERING A COMPLAINT

In the event of a complaint about the purchased BEKO or GRUNDIG device, the customer should contact the retailer BEKO CALL CENTER to phone number:

with information from the warranty card, address, contact phone number and a brief description of the defect. Before filing a complaint, check whether the device is still within the warranty period, prepare the warranty card so that you can provide all the necessary information. After receiving the complaint via phone call or email, the authorized service technician will come to the customer's address and resolve the complaint as soon as possible. Customers are obliged to pay for the service of going out to an authorized service technician if the service technician came to the customer's address and concluded that the malfunction was caused by inadequate use or if the device was not used in accordance with the instructions for use (e.g. due to resetting the device, cleaning the filter and pump of the washing machine and the machine for dishes, etc.). Complaint for small household appliances BEKO and GRUNDIG is carried out by bringing the defective device in person to the store where it was purchased or the nearest authorized service center with the delivery of the warranty card and the original receipt. The guarantor undertakes that, for devices that are within the warranty period and that are used in accordance with the instructions for use, through authorized services, they will eliminate all malfunctions on the device within the legal term of up to 45 days from the date of the complaint.
