Distribution of white goods and consumer electronics is the main sales division in the company with over 200 wholesale customers and 36 own retail stores in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Omega has been around since 2002 exclusive distributor of Beko and Grundig brands for Bosnia and Herzegovina and currently with these brands occupies 50% of market share in the sale of equipment in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Omega doo has a well-developed wholesale network. The company has a tradition in sales of over 30 years, and has well-established business relationships with over 200 customers. As part of the wholesale of white goods, we have a commercial service that sells goods and a joint sales service that procures goods. The distribution of goods is done from three locations: Tuzla, Sarajevo and Banja Luka. The main distribution center is located in Tuzla with a storage space of over 10,000 m2. We deliver from distribution centers to wholesale customers, and we also have delivery vehicles with crews to supply retail business units, as well as retail customers. Delivery is done using our own delivery vehicles, and the vehicle fleet is an important resource of our company.
We are general agents and importers for well-known brands on our market: - white goods brand BEKO, - consumer electronics brand - GRUNDIG. We sell through the commercial service, the company has proven experience in the sale of white goods and consumer electronics. All goods from the Beko and Grundig range come to us from Belgrade, where the distribution center of the aforementioned brands for North-Eastern Europe is located, the production of which is carried out in Turkey. Since 2019, we have been using an ERP business program in our business, which facilitates our business and allows us to reach our goals and achieve business results more easily.
It is present on the Bosnian-Herzegovinian market since 2002. Omega recognized the quality of the products and developed the sale of the brand on the market and its own service, which is very important because it provides security when buying. Beko is a brand originating from Turkey, which was created and started producing white goods in 1955. From then until today, they have grown into a favorite European brand of white goods. For the last twenty years, they have dedicated themselves to innovation to make everyday life easier for their customers. German brand Grundig has been present in Omega since 2007 when Arcelik (manufacturer of Beko appliances) became the owner of Grundig. Grundig appliances have a 70-year long tradition behind them.
