A company that values continuous professional development, Omega doo last week, in cooperation with Adiges, organized a two-day training for its employees. The goal of this training was to empower our teams through the improvement of managerial and sales skills, enabling them to become even better leaders and experts in their fields.

The first day was dedicated to the development of managerial skills, with the aim of changing the approach to management – instead of leading subordinates, emphasis was placed on the development of associates, recognition of learning stages and highlighting the challenges of not delegating.

The second day was focused on sales skills, where participants improved sales conversation, active listening, identifying needs and learned the importance of creating loyal customers.
