
Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 1 baguette (or French loaf)
- 4 tablespoons of tomato puree
- 1 red pepper
- 2 young onions
- 190 g of canned corn
- 225 g canned tuna
- 120 g Edamec Zelene Dolina grated cheese
- spices as desired (oregano, thyme, basil)
Preparation:
Cover the tray with baking paper and heat the oven to 190 degrees. First, cut the baguette in half lengthwise and place both halves, cut side up, on a baking sheet. Rinse the corn and drain well, clean and wash the spring onion and pepper, and slice them.
Mix the tuna with the corn, onion and pepper and add another 2/3 of the grated cheese. Spread the tomato puree on the baguette halves first, then cover them with the tuna and vegetable mixture. Sprinkle grated Edamec cheese on top. Bake for 12 minutes in the preheated oven until the cheese melts nicely.
After baking, cut the baguette into smaller pieces and serve as a warm appetizer or quick lunch!
