
On Saturday, 06.05., Omega doo successfully organized a gathering of employees on the occasion of Retail Day and distribution centers at different locations.
Team building activities were organized that helped employees to get to know each other better and create better cooperation.
Maintaining employee satisfaction and motivation implies continuous monitoring of employees and frequent conversations with them. It is the employees who are the key to the success of the business, which is why it is important for us to continuously ask for feedback, what they are satisfied with, and what can be improved. Although each employee is important as an individual, because his work makes goals come true sooner, it is important that they all work as a team in order to lead to success with their work.
Communication is key in a business environment.
