Job description:
- Receiving, recording and coordinating the resolution of customer complaints in accordance with internal procedures and applicable regulations.
- Active communication with customers throughout the entire complaint process, with a focus on a professional approach and customer satisfaction.
- Coordination of activities with internal service, external authorized service providers and branches for efficient resolution of requests.
- Monitoring deadlines, case status and timely informing all parties involved.
- Administrative processing of documentation related to complaints, device replacements, returns and service orders.
- Collaboration with sales, logistics, procurement and service sectors for a faster and better customer experience.
- Creating periodic reports on the number of complaints, resolution time and level of customer satisfaction.
Conditions:
- SSS/VŠS/VSS of technical, economic, legal or social orientation.
- Experience in administration, customer support, complaints or service processes is desirable.
- Developed communication and organizational skills.
- Patience, calmness and the ability to solve demanding situations.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, e-mail, record keeping systems).
- Responsibility, punctuality and team spirit.
