The sale of goods from the range of consumer goods in retail is the initial business on which Omega as a company was created, and further developed into one of the largest trading companies in the Tuzla Canton.
In 2007, Omega signed a long-term partnership agreement with Mercator BH, and leased the market chain it had developed in TK, but also left the business of selling consumer goods through retail. It continued to sell brands from the aforementioned range through wholesale, and today it has a well-developed distribution system for several well-known imported brands.
The sale of consumer goods is carried out through the commercial service, i.e. well-trained teams of field salespeople. Since 2019, great support and progress in sales has been made through the implementation of the ERP information system, as well as mobile applications, which facilitates work in the field. Following development trends, in 2022 we started using WMS in our distribution centers.
Distribution is carried out from three distribution centers: Živinice, Sarajevo and Banja Luka. The distribution center in Živinice is the main distribution center, with over 6000m2 of storage space, from which distribution is carried out to other warehouses and customers in TK.
Delivery is done using our own delivery vehicles, and the vehicle fleet is an important resource of our company.
