INGREDIENTS:

  • 150 g of frozen cranberries (or any forest fruit)
  • 150 g of frozen raspberries
  • 1.5 dcl of milk
  • LCA yogurt with cranberry and acai berry flavor without added sugar or sweeteners
  • 1 teaspoon of peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon of flax seeds

 

PREPARATION

Preparing the ingredients: Add the frozen cranberries to the blender and slowly pour in the milk.

Adding Yogurt: Add cranberry and acai berry flavored whole yogurt with no added sugar or sweeteners to the blender.

Incorporating peanut butter and flax seeds: Add a teaspoon of peanut butter and one tablespoon of flax seeds to a blender.

Add the raspberries: Finally, add the frozen raspberries to the blender.

Blend until smooth: Mix all the ingredients well until you get a smooth texture. If necessary, stop the blender and scrape down the edges to make sure all the ingredients are well mixed.

To serve: Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with a few whole raspberries or sprinkle with additional flax seeds if desired.
