Maintaining employee satisfaction and motivation implies continuous monitoring of employees and frequent conversations with them. It is the employees who are the key to the success of the business, which is why it is important for us to continuously ask for feedback, what they are satisfied with, and what can be improved. Although each employee is important as an individual, because their work makes goals come true sooner, it is important that they all work as a team in order to lead their company to success.

Team building improves communication between workers and increases the emotional interaction between them, because a bond is achieved that is stronger than at work. In order to create a stronger connection and communication between its employees, Omega doo organized the Day of Retail and Distribution Centers last week, where employees, in several locations, had the opportunity to strengthen their connection through socializing.
